Did anyone ever stop and ask themselves why can’t I have this, or do that? Have you discovered your true potential?
1)      Make a bucket list
2)      Set goals- short & long term
3)      Make realizations about yourself that you are not happy with
4)      Set an action plan to fix this
5)      Make  goals/to do list every night before you sleep

Why do we hold on to everything?
Release the past and do not let your mistakes shape you or your future.
Afraid of change and responsibility
If you are afraid of responsibility and change you cannot move forward in life. Change can be scary but it can also be very good.
Be positive and happy
Always look at the positive aspects
Train your train of thought
-let it be a thought out expression of your emotions not a reaction
- when a negative train of thought or expression is in your head, change it, do not dwell on this thought and let it become a reality or control you.

Set goals
How do you get where you want to be if you do not know where you want to be.

Tree of Life


The Tree of life represents my  belief in unity between all forms of creation.
What is the tree of life?
The tree of life is believed to connect all forms of creation. We are all the same yet different. We are all living creations walking among the same earth. We should live in peace and harmony among each other, set aside your differences. Feel the connection... we are all one .. one of the same. We should not fear, we should be brave. We should not harm, we should help others. We should not lie, we should be honest and true to all things living and to our selves. We should feed our selves only what was originally given to us to live off of, live organic foods! Most importantly LOVE, love is a feeling so deep within us that can bring us closer together.
When you learn to set aside your ego and understand that it takes all kinds to make this world turn round, your eyes will open to a much happier & positive life.

Welcome to Heather's Health Guide where I will be sharing the knowledge with you to allow you to have the wonderful, healthy, energetic lifestyle you have always wanted!
A little about myself, my name is Heather and I am a Kinesiologist and Personal Trainer. I am a Hot Yogi, I love being outdoors doing things such as running, swimming, belly dancing, playing tennis and golf!  I love cooking and eating, I could do both all day long with a hot Mokhsa yoga session to end my perfect day! I wish to share my knowledge and hope you join me on my journey.
My goal is to teach individuals a healthy way of life and to help them find a way to make these changes last a life time.We have the decision to change our life for the better and live up to our full potential! Exercising and eating healthy is more than just that, it can be a life style change. Changes that will increase our energy, increase our self worth, and better our health status, allowing us to be the BEST that we can be not just physically, but in many aspects in life. The great rewards of making these life style changes are transferable in many walks of life; balance between Mind, Body and Soul.
